30-day returns.
Unopened items only.

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Opened or used items cannot be returned. Products must be used only as directed on the packaging.

Window 30 days Request a return within 30 days of delivery.	Condition Unopened Unused, sealed, and in the original packaging.
Opened items Not returnable Opened or used products cannot be returned for a change of mind.	Use Follow directions Use only as directed on the package. Misuse is not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email support@chillcoc.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Do not send the item back until we reply with instructions. Packages returned without approval may not be accepted. Keep your order confirmation.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Inspect the order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. After we review the case, we will replace it or refund it.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item first. After the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will inspect the return and email you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email support@chillcoc.com.

Fees

Return shipping is paid by the customer. The original shipping fee and tax are not refunded.
